Portrait Session Information
Bark Gallery offers custom photo sessions to meet your personal needs. You will notice two different styles of photography sessions, Studio to you, and Outdoor. This gives the option to decide on a style of photography that you are hoping to acquire of your beloved pets. The option for a commercial studio is available at an additional charge.
Outdoor Photo Session
The outdoor portrait session is set within a scenic landscape location. This session is often best with dogs as they show the personality the best. However we have done sessions with cats, and some birds outdoors in the past. Safety of your pets is the main concern and you will know your pet best if they are fit for an outdoor location session. If you are not comfortable with your pet off leash, leashes can easily be removed in post production of the final images. It's best to consult prior to your session to discuss location and expected visual results. Some favorite outdoor session locations, Floyd Lamb State Park, Red Springs, Mount Charleston, dry lake bed, and a few other locations. I generally have several locations throughout the Las Vegas valley that work well for outdoor portraits.
Studio To You
Studio to you- This session is a wonderful photo session where custom backdrops and studio lighting is setup at your home, office, or other location. This gives you the look of going to a portrait studio without the hassle of having to transport your pets. I have found that pets are most comfortable in their own environment, which leads to better photographs! This is a great option for cats, and other animals that may not be able to go outside easily. The backdrops can be almost any color, the studio portraits gallery shows you some of the backdrops available. If you have special requests please discuss that prior to your photo session.
The images will look similar to the image of the great Dane.
